Prof. Dr. Li Daoliang is the director of China-EU Center for Information & Communication Technologies in Agriculture (CICTA), Beijing Engineering Research Center for Internet thing, Beijing Engineering Research Center for advanced sensor technologies, China Agricultural University.He is the Chairman of TC5 Work Group on Advanced Information Processing For Agriculture (AIPA), IFIP; the chairman of the 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd, 4^th, 5^th and 6^th International conference on computer and computing technologies in agriculture (CCTA).

CCTA2013 and ISIITA2013 aiming to bring together the international community of researchers and practitioners to discuss and review the latest advancements and future directions in the areas of Computer & Computing Technologies in Agriculture, will be held in Beijing, China, from 18-20 September 2013. This conference is host by China Agricultural University; The IFIP TC5 Work Group (WG) on Advanced Information Processing for Agriculture (AIPA); Agricultural Engineering Information Committee, Chinese Society of Agricultural Engineering; and organized by China-EU Centre for Information & Communication Technologies (CICTA).
